While this commentary is a good resource, the eBook format fails in one vital area. It lacks the pagination required to properly footnote this document when one wishes to use it in an academic environment. Thus, it can only serve as an adjunct to and not a replacement for the hard-bound version. I would recommend this eBook, but only with this caveat.
