These were ordered for sunday school Christmas gifts for the first and second grade class as something to carry their bibles and craft activities in. After arriving I am assuming that the measurements advertised were made from the bottom of the bag to the top of the handle as the bag itself is only big enough to carry a small bible in. The "canvas" fabric is full of loose strings in the seams giving a cheap appearance. The children liked them as they were colorful. Shipping was fast. Just disappointed in the size and quality.
