This book really disappointed me. It is secular in that the author left out mention of Scripture. For a Christian audience, I believe all our writing should connect to Scripture and if it does then the work should be public about how it ties into Scripture. I am highly disappointed in the way this book is written. How can a book about leadership be targeted to Christian audiences if it is not Scriptural? True leadership is based on God's Word. All else could be considered worldly. I consider this book to be worldly.
