I ordered this watch for my son for Christmas. Within a week we noticed that the watch was not keeping time. I had to keep resetting it. Finally, I called to exchange it for another. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. They sent another of the same watch and when it arrived the seconds hand was not even moving. The second watch did not work at all. My son was very disappointed. I have ordered a third (hoping that the third time is a charm) because my son really had his heart set on getting this watch, but I would not recommend this product.
