I am writing this review because I want to be fair to this author. I gave the second book in this series " Hearts Surrender" a rough review. I did write honestly what I felt about the book. This book, the first in the series is very impressive. Looking at the cover I thought it might be a teen book but it isn't. It kept my attention and was very realistic. I can imagine someone turning their back on God because of a great loss in their life. His story of returning to God is great. So I didn't like book 2 in the series but definitely recommend this book.
