This is a good Bible study and worth your money. You will be looking up a lot of verses and studying a lot but it is worth it!

This is the 4th book by Elizabeth George that we have used in our Ladies' Bible Study in our church, and we love them. Brings other Scripture passages that relate to the present book in each lesson, and helps us see how it applies to our own lives. Highly recommended.

Noted Bible teacher, radio personality, and author Elizabeth George brings her more than 20 years of experience to this Woman After Gods Own Heart Bible study. Living With Passion & Purpose presents an in-depth look at the Gospel of Luke. Using a question and answer format, with room to write your answer under each question, each study can be completed in 15 to 20 minutes. Among the 25 studies you will find such themes as Responding to the Savior, Handling Temptation, Submitting to Authority, Living Godly in an Ungodly World, Focusing on the Kingdom, Making the Most of Opportunity, Doing Gods Will, and Learning to Live with Passion and Purpose. Closing materials give help to the leader in a group study. Individuals will also find this study worthwhile. With a deceivingly simple format, students will find themselves thinking progressively deeper thoughts. Each lesson opens with a brief thought provoker, then questions about the Bible chapter, followed by questions about the students response to these verses, closing with a pertinent homily.
