God's Great Blessings Devotional by Patricia Raybon was a great selection for this year. I make a choice before the beginning of each year. God's Great Blessings is unique in the choice of cover and paper. They are beautiful and wear well with daily use. I use it as a companion to my Bible. There is a theme for each week with a daily emphasis. At the end of each week, there is a page for review, reflection and prayer. It contains a Scripture index that is alphabetical with topics and dates. It is different and above other devotionals I have used.

I highly recommend this book for personal use or as a gift. It would also be a good choice for a Bible study. I will probably use it again. It is very encouraging, motivating and informative. This is my third book by Patricia. I loved the others and I am looking forward to her future work.
