At first, I was disappointed. I thought the figures would have been porcelain, but after setting up the nativity set, it was beautiful. Although the pieces are light weight, they are beautifully done. They are fragile, as we experienced. The sheep was crushed during shipment. But, upon hearing of the accident, Christianbook.com promptly replaced the sheep. That you for standing behind your products.

Overall, I was disappointed with this purchase. I thought the ivy detail was a nice touch and looks really nice in the picture. The material feels cheap and I would rather spend a little more to get a little more. You get what you pay for I guess.

I was happy with the set but the packaging sucked. It seemed as though the pieces were all thrown in the box. I expected it to come in a box like sets at the store. The pieces were beautiful and the size was great. I am happy with the purchase.

This is a nice product. The figurines are beautiful. It was a nice addition to our Christmas decorations. The packaging was not great, but they all arrived ok. I hope to keep it and pass it down to one of my kids. They are that nice.

A wonderful nativity set. The only thing to report is that the packaging of the set was to poor. One of the pieces were broken, but with the excelent service provided I got a new one.

The product was in pieces the first time it was sent. Not a good quality product. The painting on the characters was pretty sloppy. Customer service acted quickly to replace the broken items.

The Natavity set was a gift for my son and future daughter in law. They loved it. I was very pleased with the quality and styling of the figures. However, I had to get a box to put it in, because it came packaged in styrofoam and was not presentable for a gift. The set is very lovely and very unique.

certainly doesn't look as nice in person as it does in the picture. A couple peices came broken which were quickly replaced by CBD. I still would not recommend this set.
