What a fantastic book!! This is the first book that I have read that has really made a real difference in my life and has shown the need for God's complete and total acceptance not by what you and I DO but rather who we ARE in Christ. I personally struggle with feelings of worthlessness, shame and guilt on an almost daily basis. This book really shows you how to break free from these feelings of inadequacy without giving "homework assignments" that those of us who struggle with these emotions are already too tired to do. A must read and reread becuase what God has to say about us is something that we really need to get not onl into our heads but most of all into our hearts. A+ and thank you Jeff!

This is a wonderful book to help deliver you from the bondage of shame put on you by others including some churches and pastors. It is a great book to help deliver yourself and others out of shame into the fullness of all Christ has done for us at the cross. It will help you see the sick family patterns that have kept you in bondage and give you tools to break free!
