Mott Media, LLC Adam and His Kin: The Lost History of Their Lives

What actual events lie behind ancient mythologies? Drawing on linguistics, archaeology, astronomy, the Bible, and the world's earliest traditions, Beechick's narrative journey offers a fascinating excursion into the forgotten years of the distant past! Arranged along the biblical timeline, it weaves a continuous story that imaginatively fleshes out the first 11 chapters of Genesis. Includes study projects and an annotated bibliography. 176 pages, softcover.

Twisted Bible Truth

God punished the children of Israel when they mixed pagan religion with true worship of God. This book takes God's word and adds so much extra biblical information that God's word is twisted to fit the author's own imagination. This book is NOT good reading for anyone, let alone children who are still being taught in school. The world is full of false beliefs concerning what the Bible teaches. We don't need any more.

Fascinating book. The timeline is incredible, especially when you see that Adam and the other patriarchs lived almost to the time of the Flood... Adam was still around when Noah's father was born! It brings the Bible stories to life and makes you feel like you know these people. It wasn't really so very long ago, in the overall scheme of things...

Wonderful read aloud or read alone book - really gave depth to the biblical stories we know so well. Book flows well, reads well, and the central theme revolves around "the promised seed" - a parallel to the first book of the bible. Well worth the read!

I used this book along with Beechick's Genesis: Finding Our Roots in our Biblical History class. Both were excellent! It was a lot of reading to squeeze into the two weeks we spent studying Creation-Noah but I was so glad we did it! The rewards were great for my middle-high school students! These books together sparked so many questions and a lot of discussion! Many thanks to the author!

This important book gives children a Biblically accurate overview of the book of Genesis, told in a narrative style. Read this book to your children before you begin your study of ancient history.

This is a wonderful book. It reads like a historical novel, opening our imaginations to what early life may have been like in the days of Adam through Abram. This book is based in part on a theory by Dr. Henry Morris on how Genesis is divided into historical writings written by the early patriachs themselves. Fascinating!
