My husband and I will read a devotional most nights, together right before we fall asleep. They are only one page with questions to discuss at the end of the reading. I enjoy going to sleep with my last thought being a kind word from my husband instead of what I didn't get done during the day or what I have to do tomorrow.

We received this book as a gift this summer and started reading it each night before we retire for bed. We are Seniors and have been married for one year. A few questions don't apply to us since our children are grown, but it is most helpful to get into some conversations that otherwise we would probably not discuss, at least not at length. We both would highly recommend this book to couples that have been married at least one year. I bought four of them for Christmas gifts to married grandchildren.

With the fast paced world we live in today, there is often little or no time to work together on one of the most important aspects of our lives-our marriages. God gave us our spouse to love and support and through taking the time to study this book together, we have drawn closer to each other and learned things about each other that we may never have learned. It is well worth the time and effort because this study will draw you closer and strengthen your marriage.

This is our first week using the devotion. My hubby was apprehensive at first. But now he is getting into it. The devotions are short and sweet, but best of all the questions at the end allow us to learn something new about each other. I recommend this book to all couples.

My husband purchase this book this past weekend and we began reading it tonight. We both were in tears during the first Sunday inspiration, we can't imagine how much this will deepen our devotion and intimacy toward one another as we commit to read together each day. We plan to give it out for Christmas gifts this year to our couples small group.

My husband and I first used this devotion book about 11 years ago. It provided great insight into our marriage and often caused us to rethink our attitudes toward one another and our children. Most importantly it called us to keep Christ at the center of our home.
That first devotion book was passed along to a young couple as a wedding gift with a note inside about how much it had meant to us and an encouragement to pass it along to someone else when they had finished it. We have since given Night Light as a wedding gift at every wedding we have attended with the same note attached. Our first child is being married in April and I already have the book wrapped!
The book is hard to find now, so I was glad to see it on Christianbook.com. I just wish it was hard back.

My wife and i have found this book to be very involved & uplifting, spiritually. if you want that qualityt ime and connection with your spouce, this is a good place to start. If you can't do it every day, that ok, it just makes your time together last longer through the year.

Loved this book. It's the only devotional book my husband and I have actually finished reading. I passed it on to my brother and wife. She said they had to stop reading it for a week because they weren't getting any sleep. They were staying up for hrs talking.

My husband and I were given this drvotional about 6 or 7 years ago as a gift. We loved it and benefited from it so much that we actually have gone through the book two times! We recently purchased this book for the couples attending our church's annual couple's retreat. It is a great tool for building strong marriages!

My husband and I have never had devotions together as a couple. We decided to give this book a try and we really enjoyed it! The discussion questions at the end are wonderful. I think after several years of marriage, there is a danger of thinking you already know your spouse completely. These questions helped us to know one another better and know how to best pray for one another.
