After my husband went home to heaven last fall, one of the first things I did was go to CBD and order books to help me through the grief process. I've read many, many books since then, and can look back at them and judge how helpful they were by how much I underlined in each one. This small, 42-page booklet hardly has a "clean" page in it - that's how meaningful it's been to me. In fact, I just came on the site to order several copies to have on hand, to give to friends who will face this difficult life change sooner or later.
