Dom5 Stars Out Of 5Inaccurate ReviewSeptember 5, 2019DomQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This review was written for Numbers & Deuteronomy for Everyone (Old Testament for Everyone). The other reviewer for this commentary clearly misinterpreted it, as Dr. Goldingay was a member of the panel representing the traditionalists in his denomination in that debate (see Anglican Theological Review from 2011--vol 93 no 1). Either way, leaving a 1-star review for that single issue rather than the quality of the commentary as a whole is particularly distasteful. Goldingay is always worth reading on the OT.

Ramon5 Stars Out Of 5Numbers and Deuteronomy For EveryoneSeptember 10, 2020RamonQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This review was written for Numbers & Deuteronomy for Everyone (Old Testament for Everyone).Great book and price! I would like CBD would have more products for mainline and progressive Christians. An annual membership might be an incentive, especially if would affect or cut down on the shipping charges.

MC1 Stars Out Of 5Pro gay- marriageAugust 25, 2015MCQuality: 0Value: 2Meets Expectations: 1This review was written for Numbers & Deuteronomy for Everyone (Old Testament for Everyone).I was quite pleased with this book when I bought it, because it was only 2.99 . There are a lot of anecdotal stories which I feel somewhat ambivalent about. However, one of them describes the author's denominational debate about the acceptance of gay "marriage" as a "tricky issue" He compares this to CH 32 of Numbers, when the Ruebanites and the Gaddites ask to stay east of the Jordan to raise their cattle. Pretty much a huge let down.
