I thought the book was in Large Print, but it's not. The content of Bible Scripture is always good, therefore, no issues along that line. I just thought the book was printed in larger letters.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly Bible for reading, look no further than this outstanding edition from Biblica. While the larger type was the main reason for my purchase, I really appreciate the introductions for each book of the Bible. They explain what you're about to read which allows for greater understanding of the material. I highly recommend this Bible to others who are on a budget but want a quality, reading-friendly Bible.

The Bible description truly sums it up. I have given this Bible to people of every age group and many walks of life. Those who I see again tell me that it is a very comfortable read. Type size is really good as well. It is a welcome addition to my bible collection. Blessings.

This may be larger print but it is not LARGE print. Be sure to check the Point type page information which I did not do until after I realized this Bible does not have large enough print to suit my purposes. It is OK otherwise for the type of Bible it is.

I'm grateful for Biblica's publishing an NIV Bible in a paperback binding with a larger font. The 10 point font is eminently readable for me, and I prefer paperback to faux leather, bonded leather, French Moroccan or even goatskin. A paperback edition ensures that the pages are not crinkly thin, and that there is no bleed-through from the reverse side of the page you're reading. My only gripe is that this edition is not the 1984 politically-incorrect version of the NIV, but rather the gender-neutral, feminist-pleasing 2011 translation, based almost entirely on the TNIV (2006). Compare 1 Timothy 2:12 in the 1984 vs. the 2011 translation, and you'll see what I mean. Moreover, the Hebrew and Greek for "man" has been changed to "humans," and "mankind" to "humankind," etc. It is very disappointing to see supposedly conservative translators kow-towing to the culture which, if I read my Bible correctly, is always described in scripture as evil and in opposition to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Fast delivery, great bible. Not too big, not too small, characters are really easy to read, great for beginners in the Christian life or if you want a bible which is not filled with fancy words you don't understand. I recommend it !

I really like this larger print bible. I had the NIV verison of the Daily Bible in chronological order and when I took it to church I had a hard time finding the verses that were being referenced in the bulletin. This bible not only was easy for references but has a small description between segments. Very helpful. The print is not that much larger than my other bibles but it is easier on the eyes. Thanks.
