Bethany House The Mandie Collection, Volume 7: Books 27-29

Relive exciting mysteries and learn important life lessons with Mandie, Snowball, and the whole gang! Featuring 3 stories in 1 book.

In Mandie and the Courtroom Battle: Mandie's stepmother, Etta, has been causing problems for Mandie ever since Mandie's father died. Now Etta claims she has papers proving that Mandie's father gave her the house at Charley Gap. Mandie has papers of her own that say she is the rightful owner . . . who has the true legal document?

In Mandie and Jonathan's Predicament: Mandie and Celia head to New York City to visit their friend Jonathan Guyer for Thanksgiving. While staying at the Guyer mansion, they encounter a stray dog, a strange girl, and the butler's secret meetings with a foreign-speaking man. Searching for answers to these mysteries leads Mandie and Jonathan into quite a predicament!

In Mandie and the Unwanted Gift: It's Christmastime, and an anonymous gift addressed to Mandie has been left on the doorstep. Mandie opens the beautifully wrapped package, only to find a jumbled mess of holly leaves, berries, ribbon, and dirt. Who would have left her such a gift? And could it really be a treasure map, as Joe suggests?

These Mandie books are wonderful for young girls. My 10 year old granddaughter loves them, and her 8 year old sister is beginning to read them. Wish there were more books like this for girls - adventurous yet wholesome.

My niece loves these books and I love them to because it prompts her to talk about God more and examine issues of faith as Mandie does. But it occurs in a fun and adventurous way which is such a blessing!
