We're using this book in our Tuesday night women's meeting along with healthy tips and a half-hour workout. Everyone is learning so much -- spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically! BODY, SOUL AND MIND. Awesome book! love the author -- very thorough Bible verses too!
This product is so helpful as it emphasizes balance in four areas, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. What a blessing to have a structured bible study and prayer time. It just takes 15-20 minutes a day, and it is life changing!
My mom and I bought this study to do together. We really like it. It doesn't need to be done with a group, I think it would be fine to do on your own. We like that there are weekly memory verses and many thought provoking questions. The only thing we didn't care for was the music CD.
Our Goodyear, AZ group just finished "Balanced Living". We were encouraged and challenged by this excellent study. Again, I am so impressed with the thouroghness of this program. I most certainly recommend this to anyone wanting to make changes in their lives. It not only deals with diet but also spiritual and emotional well-being. This program is excellent for the individual or the small group.
