This is an excellent devotion for our First Place group. During the busy holiday season, the daily readings continually remind me to keep Christ first. The recipes in the back are great, too! Thank you, First Place 4 Health, for this helpful commitment tool to get us through the season, remembering to put Christ FIRST!!!!

This will be a welcome addition to the First Place studies. It is shorter, and helps to focus on the Holiday season. There are some terrific recipes and tips for maintaining one's weight during this special time of the year when we socialize more and food is always included in those gatherings.
