This has been a great tool for us to get our 4th and 5th grade Sunday school kids in the habit of a daily devotion. It has sparked some great conversations and opportunities to expand upon the topics within each day's devotional.

Every morning we start our day with the Lord in prayer then we start to read our NIRV Kids Book of Devotions 365-Day Adventure in God's Word. My three kiddos love it and they all say and I say we get fed by Jesus for the day. Thank you !

Our family used this as our devotional for the full year. The experience of doing this as a family has helped us realize how inmportant our family prayer time is together. There is one devotion for each day of the year (dates are marked on the page). There is a Bible passage, a short story to illustrate the message and a family prayer that my husband leads and the children repeat. It has been the perfect length and depth of message for all three of our children, ages 11, 8, and 5--they were all able to draw something from the message and understand God's word better.
