Bonem's book is very convicting of the need to serve God with your best. His observations of many churches makes this a very practical leadership book that is not just theoretical, but examples from what is working. I really like his idea of being aware of our "culture" and how that affects the way we do "church". I would highly recommend this book for all ministers and church leadership. I have my staff reading it.
