I loved this book! I felt like Lysa had written this book just for me. It was a breath of fresh air to feel like there was another woman out there who had the struggles I have and a realistic way to look at it. My friend who read the book said the same thing! You won't regret buying this book. I loved the questions at the end of each chapter to help me reflect on what I had read. It's an easy read. The chapters are short so that you can get a little bit in each day without feeling like you will never get through it. I've never recommended a book before this, but I will continue to tell women who cross my path about this one!
