There are some really great verses to think about all day and to help us not to become "unglued."
We will all still have tendencies to become unglued but that will help us to see the areas we need help in.
There was a really good part near the end that gave me a whole new perspective on how to love the unlovable and/or the hard to love.

I prayed for answers to the very issues that are in this book. The way she opens up about her raw emotions and saying things I would hate for someone to even think I thought, that's what helped me. Her openness. I'm thankful to God for her and her family because if she had not had her experiences then she couldn't have helped me.

This is a fantastic book and people say that you can do the group study with just the videos & workbook but I think you really need to read the book as you go along with the study. It actually tells you when to read the next chapter in the weekly homework.
