I was fortunate to win this book from Ms. Ellis in 2010. I just had the time to read it lately and absolutely loved it. I am a Roman Catholic and know little about the world Ms. Ellis writes about but I could identify with Sarah's uncertainties and need to see the outside world. I appreciated the close sense of community in Sarah's world and the great sense of security and comfort it must provide. This is a happy story. I will visit my library and read Ms. Ellis's other books. Thank you Ms. Ellis for the gracious gift.
