Zondervan Charts of Modern and Postmodern Church History

Charts of Modern and Postmodern Church History provides a powerful visual tool for understanding the historic foundations on which contemporary Christianity rests. From geography, to theology, to doctrines both orthodox and heretical, to key figures and movements over the last three hundred years, the broad, comprehensive scope of modern church history comes across simply, clearly, and with impact. Divided into three sections, this book covers the national period of American church history, the modern period, and the postmodern period with 133 charts, diagrams, and maps grouped under numerous subdivisions.

The PowerPoint ® CD-ROM supplied with this book gives instructors an ideal tool for classroom and group presentations. Charts of Modern and Postmodern Church History will help Christians not only develop a firm grasp of how the faith has evolved in recent centuries, but also understand how these changes influence the church today and their own lives as believers.

A must have book, to better understand Church History in the USA. It starts with New England and ends with the Postmodern Period of American Church History. Have to use the CD that comes with it, to see why this book needs to be in every Christian's hand. Have to see it to believe it.
