Bonhoeffer's deep and reverent reflections on Christ and on a life of faithful discipleship are sure to enhance and deepen your own observance of Advent. Review 2 for God Is in the Manger: Reflections on Advent and Christmas
I have always appreciated the writings of Dietrich Bonhoeffer which is the reason I was interested in purchasing this collection. I received the book prior to the advent season but have already read several entries. I like the layout and the fact that there are devotions through Epiphany. I am sure that I will cherish this book each advent season.
