We used this studyguide along with the video for a 5 week mens group. I found it very helpful for a discussion starter about our spiritual journey, over coming obstacles, seekings God's will, etc.
If you are looking for a Bible Study - this is NOT one. I used it as a starting point for our own discussion and bible study.
Also, the last chapter contains a quote by Marianne Williamson - who, from as far as I can tell is spiritual, but not orthodox in her beliefs, would tend toward a vague new age spirituallity. I didn't find that to remove the usefullness of the material, but is something to note.
