An excellent book. Aleshire does a great job. He brings out some wonderful ideas concerning some of the problem areas in the church, especially in truly attending to the people we are ministering to. He then provides an awesome discussion on some of the problems with ministering to the different age groups and ways to improve our inreach to them. Again this is an awesome book.
