This is a useful New Testament commentary. Being a 'backgrounds' commentary, it focuses on interpreting the text of Scripture in its historical, geographical and social context. There are other commentaries available which have a greater depth of information but this one is excellent for most uses e.g. devotional, private study, sermon preparation. An advantage of the electronic edition is that images, as well as text, can be copied and pasted for preparing lesson handouts or PowerPoint presentations. I recommend this product.

This is one of the best collections of background information I have or have ever seen. I own the hardback editions and wanted the computer edition in order to easily retrieve information for teaching and preaching. I have recommedended this to friends.
