was this book supposed to be a christian novel?
I did love the parts about the horses. that was beautiful. the characters were kind of nicely developed. Maggie's choice in the end doesn't make any sense.
the storytelling is not bad but there is room for improvement and there's not really much depth to the story itself and the way it is told - it could have been an awesome story but Paige Lee Elliston chose the light version...
this book doesn't make me want to read more of this writer.

I thought this was a hard to put down read. Loved the information about horses and what it would be like to own one.

My first reaction to this story was the outstanding descriptions of the Montana countryside and of all things having to do with horses.
However, I found the story line a bit difficult to follow, particularly the ending. Maggie's choice at the end did not seem to suit her personality and interests. The ending did not flow smoothly from the story. If it was intended as a surprise ending, it was but not a satisfactory one.
I would recommend this book to a friend just so we could discuss the relationships as they unfolded and consider what would have made the flow more complete.

This was a good book. I didn't quite get the ending...it made this giant leap in the story line and then stopped. Maybe somebody left out some pages on the ebook.

I really enjoyed the book until the very end. There was good character and plot development. Then the story abruptly end in the last 2 pages. I felt like there was no resolution to all open ends but one. It just ended.
This author has great promise but needs to learn how to end a book.

This story is interesting and holds you until you hit a big gap just before the last chapter. The abrupt change from the lapse in the story line makes one look back to see if you missed something. A smoother segue into the conclusion would have gotten a 4 or 5 star rating.
