Dr. Laniak's devotionals bring the shepherding illustration found throughout scripture before you with clear meaning, and give you a since of compassion for those you lead. Reading it has not made leadership easier, but it has focused my attention on those who are led for more than my abilities as a leader. Oh to become like the chief shepherd, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Great insight as to what it takes to be a Pastor or Elder of Gods people. Written from a very real observation of real Shepherds and the many diversified duties of careing for their sheep. Blinky
