If you had 7 Hours to do over, would you do it? Hawk Wilson is afforded that opportunity and returns to a place in time where he will do whatever it takes to change the course of history and save the men of his unit. Little does he realize that the choices he makes have far-reaching consequences and that no decision is as clear-cut as originally thought. A fascinating and well-written story within the 7 Hours Series, Whole Pieces is sure to capture your attention and keep you riveted to the very last page. Well done, Ms. Kendig!
I enjoyed reading this short story by Ronie Kendig. It was a bit different than what I am used to read. It was about a former Green Beret, so thankfully Ronie sticked to the military. I love reading military fiction and therefore Whole Pieces did not disappoint. The reader gets rapid-fire action and reads about a heart rending decision.
Haytham "Hawk" Wilson 'travels back in time' to relive 7 hours of his life. He will try to alter those 7 hours to save his team that died on a mission many years ago.
When I review I don't like to write a lot of the book, but since there is no product description, I will tell some of what the book is about. This book is part of a 7 book series. They are short stories with seven different authors participating. Each book has an individual who is about to die. Just before their time is up a mysterious stranger named Thomas constant shows up and makes them an offer. They have 3 options to choose from. Live seven more hours, travel back in time and relive seven hours, or accept the inevitable and die right now. Each author writes a different story on this subject. I first read "Rearview" by Mike Dellosso and it was great. This one was also great. If you have read anything by this author, read this. You will not be disappointed. So far this series has been great. Can't wait to read all the books.
