Rebecca has done it once again. After thoroughly enjoying Rebecca’s first book “Horse Tales from Heaven” I was determined to read her newest offering. In accomplishing this I have not been disappointed. Rebecca’s vivid descriptions of the mountains, terrain, and wildlife drew me into the stories so much so that I oftentimes lost track of time. I found myself at one point in the waiting room at my Doctor’s office asking if I had missed my name being called. This is exactly what I expect when I read a very well written story. Rebecca’s use of descriptive elements, foreshadowing of up coming events, the antagonistic situations and attitudes, and the ever present Protagonist of the Holy Spirit, guiding, teaching and leading her allows her stories to impact my life on a spiritual, emotional and intellectual level. I appreciate Rebecca’s candor in not only recognizing her human weaknesses but especially in the way she allows her teachable spirit to learn and grow through these life lessons. I would heartily recommend this book to any horse lover, outdoor person and especially to those whose heart is to learn and grow through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. I will be buying copies of this book to share with family and friends. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Review 2 for Heavenly Horse Sense: Inspirational Stories from Life in the Saddle - eBook
I have great admiration for Rebecca Ondov, who at a young age decided to follow her heart into a life of adventures doing what she loves. I am a little envious of her but more than that I am happy for her. In her adventures she has learned to trust God more and more, and He never let her down. I am thankful that Rebecca is now obeying the Lord as she allows us to experience her adventures and learn the lessons God has taught her. What I really like about Rebecca is that she doesn’t try to appear as being super spiritual. She is human like the rest of us and knows what it is to anger and to find it hard to like certain individuals. At the end, however, she always recognizes God’s conviction and does something about it. She is always restored to fellowship with God and resumes her life of living in peace. Heavenly Horse Sense is a great devotional book and has lessons for all of us, which if we will apply to our own lives will make us all better Disciples of Christ.
