I was more than pleased with this book. It trained me in the "how-to's" of facilitating a small group. I re-read important chapters several times until I felt the concept conveyed would become second nature to me. I plan to teach group facilitation at my church this summer and plan on using this book!

Like most how to books the author spends a lot of time on why this book is needed. After a skim I went directly to how to be a facilitator. I then went back to review any meanings I missed.
