While OCD can take many forms, this book really delves into the form of obsessive thoughts and especially in their relation to faith. I felt this book was MY STORY so it was really helpful in using it to explain to others what I go through. While so many OCD books focus on the compulsions, this one didn't. This book is not a self-help book, but more of a self-awareness book. It described the nightmare of OCD thoughts and brought to light that it does need professional help and to SEEK IT. The author tells of how God used situations and people to restore her hope and faith.
