Review 1 for Ireland's Saint: The Essential Biography of St. Patrick
A factual, Historical telling of Patrick's story
Date:September 9, 2011
This book is obviously a standard in the area of study concerning St. Patricks life and impact on Ireland. It is a very factual telling of the story, and the addition of new notes and additional info in the margins helps to fill out the story a bit. There is a concerning lack of willingness to embrace some of the more 'unexplainable' pieces/stories that surround Patrick's life, and so may miss a bit of what it is to tell His story well.
