I purchased this book for my daughter (who LOVES cats) and after I looked over it, I returned it. First of all this book deals with some mature themes, like a younger cat in love with a much older cat, and a dog and a rat plotting to kill the cats. There is a lot of mysticism in the book and made up prophecies. Furthermore, I found the writing to be choppy and unsophsticated in style.

Wonderful story well written, Historically and biblically accurate. But a neat way to tell the story of the Three Wise Men. My little girl really likes Ira the little warrior. I recommended this book, it should become a Christmas Classic
