heavenly humor for the dieter soul is very hard to put down. there are some very talented writers in this very inexpensive little devotional perhaps my very favorite one is janet rockey her stories let you know through scripture and and stories of her life that you are special gift to God no matter who you are yet you can have the strength to face and back away from the sweets. great gift for a friend or a family member "very uplifting"
