great writing and action scenes , fascinating base concept but unfortunately marred (at least for me) by a totally unbelievable ending. I am willing to suspend disbelief to a certain extent but when you ask me to believe * (caution-spoiler alert!!)* professional commandos would leave one of their own crew behind so they can take along an untrained guy with no gun (why - because the person they are trying to rescue is his girlfriend and he really wants to go !!) *(spoiler alert over)* my disbelief gets too heavy to hold up anymore. However up to that point it was a pretty good story with an fascinating base concept and some really nail chomping action. A better thought out ending would have easily raised this review to 5 stars.

This book truly was an amazing read. At first I was skeptical about weather it would hold my interest but am glad to report that I was definitely not displeased. It was actually the complete opposite.
With tons for action, mystery, suspense, & just enough romance Sam Batterman creates such a work of fiction that leaves his readers wondering "What if this really happened?". From start to finish, I found it difficult to put down. The chapters are laid out to where reading is made extremely easy and one does not have to worry over getting confused through out the plot.
This is the first book I have read by Sam Batterman but rest assured, I will be looking into other books he has written.
I highly recommend this book to other readers.

What a great read. Full of action...you never know what is coming next, and you don't want to put the book down...you need to find out!!
I loved the images of God's wonderful gifts to all of us. The look provided felt like I was way deep in the Ocean, and then in the Mountain in the Dead Sea. Powerful!

There is a great discovery of an unimaginable amount of oil, and a conspiracy to keep it from being found. Everything that is described sounds so possible to happen or did happen! The enemies of Israel are conspiring...as usual.
You will feel like your in a James Bond movie, with no way out! What a great movie this book would make!! Awesome!
