In her best book yet, Maltby writes words of hope and healing for people who feel discouraged, forgotten and invisible. In a society where we carefully construct and manage Facebook images, where we boast hundreds of acquaintances and few friends, where text messages substitute for real relationships--many are acquainted with feeling invisible. The message that God sees you, knows you, loves you and forgives you is life-giving. Tammy's practical and down to earth approach strips away pretence and helps you see God's intimate care and concern in practical ways. You'll want a copy for yourself--and another for a friend who needs some encouragement.

This book speaks such powerful truths. In my opinion, when someone writes a book about God seeing people in the middle of their brokenness, the author to be able to truly see people. It's no small task, but Tammy does just that. This book is far more than a cushy feel good book. Just the beginning blew me away when she writes about different kinds or groups of people who feel forgotten or invisible. I found myself in more than a few categories. Realizing that God sees me is wonderful, but the book doesn't stop there. She goes on to explain powerful but simple ways for us to see God in our lives. She offers no magic formula, and that's a good thing, but she does offer insight into why at times we can't seem to see God. Through her very honest stories of her own life Tammy took me on a journey that opened my eyes to finding God in places I didn't always look and made me also revisit places I knew I saw Him, but didn't fully realize His loving hand at work. Then she brings the book full circle. As we find freedom from experiencing God's loving care she invite us to share that with others. To me there is nothing more powerful than really knowing in my heart that God sees me just as I am and loves me and is working on my behalf to give me His very best care. This book truly changed my perspective.

"I saw you in your need. And I still see you. I am restoring all you though was lost, all you grieved and left behind. For with Me, all things are new". We all need to know that we are seen and heard. In the journey through this amazing book, Tammy shares those simple little words of "I See You". The walls break down and the tears start to flow. It's in this moment we realize that we are not alone and the God, our Father, Our comforter is real, he is right in front of us wiping away our tears. This book is FULL of truths of Jesus seeing us right were we are, reminding us to see Jesus in others and most importantly to be Jesus to those around us. This is a fantastic book and one I plan to give to several people that I know that need to hear those words "I See You".

This author is very direct and I especially liked how her personality came out in her writing. If you are feeling lonely or lost in the crowd this book is perfect. Our relationship with Christ should be our most important one and understanding how much Christ loves us can change our whole perspective on life.

I thought the book was very encouraging and will really help you in your thinking. You will realize that mattering to Christ is what matters, not how many names you have listed under "friends." Understanding that Christ loves you and no person can care for you as much as Him, is one of the major lessons in the book. There was not a page in the book that I did not find something to think about or learn from.

I found the book to be entertaining without haughtiness. I liked everything about the book and think it is perfect for every woman to read, especially those going through a difficult time or feeling discouraged.

I would like to thank NetGalley and the publisher for the copy of this book I enjoyed reading. I gave an honest review based on my opinion of what I read.

God sees and He knows. That can bring comfort to us or fear, but when we know He also loves and cares for us we can go on to see others as God sees them and reach out to them.
