My husband and I enjoy this bible more as a devotional than as a bible because of how it is broken up into daily bites. I do wish the pages were a bit thicker to withstand daily use better.

i purchased a copy of this some time ago and a friend was so impressed and inspired by the book that i let her have it to keep. This purchase was to replace the book for me.

The fact that the days are numbered consecutively and not as dates makes it easy to use and removes the guilt often felt when a day is missed. In fact its so well done you often want to read ahead. Great value for money, even after having being taxed on it on arrival (European thing!). Thank you for a great book.

The NIV Once a Day Bible [For Leaders] is the best Bible for readers who prefer a more disciplined and structured approach to reading scripture. One thing I liked about this Bible is how it pairs the Old and New Testament together along with Psalms and Proverbs. The NIV translation has always been my favorite translation of the Bible (Sorry NIV haters) so reading this Bible is perfect.

My favorite part about this Bible is the Reflection section before each day ends. The reflection section has quotes from well known Christian leaders and writers so the scripture really connected after reading their insights.

The NIV Once a Day Bible [For Leaders] is good for those of us who live busy lives but still want to make scripture apart of their daily routine. I know the advantage of making Scripture a part of my daily life. Without it, Im spiritually dead. No fruit can be produced if we dont read scripture and apply it to our lives everyday.

Recently, I started reading through the Psalms each day so this is a good addition to that and since Ive never read through the entire Bible, this Bible is a good fit.

I would recommend this Bible for any one, whether leader or new believer.
