Customer Reviews for Zondervan Rock Solid Faith Study Bible for Teens, NIV: Build and defend your faith based on God's promises / Special edition - eBook
What a good idea: a Bible tailored for teens! There are many unique ideas that encourage perusing. For instance, each book begins with an information page containing the book outline along with the book's history. Interspersed throughout the Bible are gems of wisdom that aid in study. There's a Table of Weights and Measures, guidance in choosing what to read today, Rock Solid Truths, Promises, Principles, and Plans, along with Unshaken People and Unshaken God. Reading plans, topical indexes, a concordance, and six pages of color maps are included.
The NIV version makes for easier understanding. Why, to facilitate gifting, there's even a dedication page.
The only negative is that the book is heavy at 2.2 pounds. No one skimped on producing this one! Folks, I absolutely recommend this Bible.
Special thanks to Rick Roberson for sending me a review copy.

Review 2 for Rock Solid Faith Study Bible for Teens, NIV: Build and defend your faith based on God's promises / Special edition - eBook
When an opportunity to review this awesome Bible presented itself to me, I jumped at the chance. I wanted to share this with my 14 year old Grandson, and was presently surprised how much I liked using it. What a great study Bible....although the cover is a rather drab brown, and makes me think of young men. The meat of the Bible is for all to digest. I love the way it is presented with examples of God's truths, principles, promises, plans, people, and who God is himself. Turn to the back and there there are study helps, and an area to show you how to complete the Bible in either one or two years! Also there is a Concordance and beautifully colored maps. This will go to my Grandson, but I have savored it while it is in my possession.
I received this Bible under the First Wild Card Book Tour Program, and was not required to give a positive review.

Review 3 for Rock Solid Faith Study Bible for Teens, NIV: Build and defend your faith based on God's promises / Special edition - eBook
If you are looking for a Bible for the teen in your life, then look no further than the NIV Rock Solid Study Bible! This Bible is honestly one that I would consider using now myself, despite the fact I am well past my teen years, because not only does it feature my favourite version of the Bible, the New International Version (one I find to be accessible and easy to understand), but it is accompanied by some truly awesome features. My favourite is the "Rock Solid Promises" that are scattered like treasures throughout the pages, drawing the readers eye to some truly powerful promises. I also like the "Rock Solid Principles", containing modern day situations and examples that illustrate what the passage is talking about. I also found that the Concordance at the back of the Bible is truly comprehensive and helpful, and sure to help your teen dig deeper into the Word. These features, along with many more useful additions, will aid your teen in building their faith and understanding of the Bible.
The actual design of the Bible is also excellent, featuring a hard-cover version that is well-bound, with a generic cover sure to appeal to teens of either gender.
In sum, this is a fantastic version of the Bible for youth, and should be at the top of your list in considering a teen-themed Bible. 5 out of 5 stars.

Review 4 for Rock Solid Faith Study Bible for Teens, NIV: Build and defend your faith based on God's promises / Special edition - eBook
My thoughts: I was pleased to be able to review this new study Bible. I liked using it and reading through the various features. I liked all the added features like the "Rock Solid Promises" and "Unshaken God" boxes. These make you stop and think a little deeper about what you are reading. Also, these features are all indexed which is a helpful tool. The color maps and concordance are also nice, useful features I thought.
As far as the layout and design, I was pleased with it and thought the publisher did a good job with this. I particularly like the size. When looking for a Bible, some are way too big and some are much too small. This one fits nicely in your hands and is easy to hold plus it is hardback and lays flat when you open it. Also the font is a great size. I liked the large numbers used to divide chapters.
