Biblical approach to a common plague

Welch does a great job of providing a bible-based attack on fear and anxiety, which is such a common problem. We led a group of 20-30 people through the book, and while some of our group had clinical-levels of fear and/or anxiety, and therefore would be greatly helped by extended biblical counseling, I think everyone benefited from the teachings. The key, as is so commonly the case, is to really go deep with the Scripture study and follow the instruction to write out prayers, and then actually pray. You get out of it what you put into it - by the power of the Holy Spirit and the grace of Christ and the love of the Father, of course.
