We use this book with my daughter, who is in 2nd grade at home. Just one page a day, and she really likes it. She has started making noticeable progress, so we are happy with it.

My daughter was ready to learn italics cursive. I have used this program with all four of my homeschooled kids. You only need to learn one letter form for each letter and then learn the connector pieces that bring the printing together in cursive form. For anyone who has a child who struggles with handwriting, this may be the perfect answer.
