After my mother passed away late this summer, 2001, a church friend gave me this book. It has been of great help to me. It helps me see this loss thru God's eyes and reminds me the very positive things that I should be concentrating on here! It doesn't "push things under the rug", but gives me A Christian perspective rather than an Earthly one. It reminds me to concentrate on the Mountain Maker rather than the mountain! A wonderful book for anyone going thru the grieving process. (Wether it's been 1 day or 10 years!) I will aim to always keep 1 or 2 on the shelf to give away as someone did with me. I've already given away 3 and they have been as grateful for their copies as I have been with mine. Thank you to Kathe for making this process easier to cope with.
