I was looking for a daily devotional by Charles Stanley, who I listen to before going to church every Sunday. I enjoy his messages and definitely enjoy his devotional book. I needed to get into reading God`s word daily and am glad I purchased In His Presence. As I read the devotional, I can hear Charles Stanley telling me what is written in the commentary. It challenges me to want to read God`s word daily, and I enjoy doing it daily, not grudgingly. I looked for a similar book in a local bookstore and they couldn`t get it, but Christianbook.com sent it to me 5 days after ordering. That was terrific.
