Just finished reading this amazing book, that's really meant for parents, but since I work with so many parents (and their kids) I wanted to read it! First off, I love Reggie Joiner & Carey Nieuwhof AND the whole Orange philosophy, so this wasn't the first time I have heard most of what they shared.We ALL have a bigger story. What I love about this book isn't that they tell you the 5 steps of how to raise a godly family, but that they talk about values and who doesn't want to instill values in their children?!?! 5 Family Values... Widen the Circle, Imagine the End, Fight for the Heart, Create a Rhythm and Make It Personal. This isn't a book of how to's or what you're doing wrong, but rather being a part of a bigger story, God's story, for you & your family.Seriously, parents out there... a legacy is contagious!!! What do you want your kids to become?"What I give to my children or what I do for my children is not as important as what I leave in them"Read and be challenged, inspired and encouraged!
