I think this is a nicely written book. I love the format of having a woman in her 20's and a woman in her 40's share their own stories and information. I am in my 30's and I would think the book would be enjoyable for any woman college age and up.

This is a book that every woman should read! The insecurities and lies of this world that all women face are addressed and overcome with God's loving truths. You will feel much healthier after exploring the concepts found in Rebecca and Lynda's writings.
