I bought the first book of the series for my 11 year old granddaughter. We read them together. After she thoroughly enjoyed the first and second books, I ended up buying her the series... 39 books. We're on book 12 now. She loves them and so do I. They are hard to put down as you can't wait to see what happens next! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
