I read this authors first two books and loved them. This third book didn't draw me in as quickly. I didn't quite feel as much a part of the book. The story line was great and I loved the mystery. Her characters well developed and indepth. The problem may be me. I don't like books when the location is in the Louisiana Bayou. All I think about is humidity, mud, swamps, mosquitos and alligators. I am looking forward to reading Whispers On Shadow Bay.

I enjoyed the book and could not put it down once I was about in the middle of the book stayed up all night to finish it. I've read three other books of the author. Thanks
