What an incredible book! So impressed with the fresh way of looking at living a Christlike life and awed by the wonderful stories and illustrations used. REALLY, REALLY a book to keep and turn to again and again--and for Bible teachers, a super treasure trove of illustrations!

Gary Thomas has done all of us an incredible favor by writing a book that stirs the heart into repentance and reflection. He firmlyexplains the virtues that are needed to walk in holiness and reverence towards God. Bound to be a classic, it is a must read for anyone who has been missing that something from theirspiritual walk. This, I can say, is that something! Each chapterchallenged me more and more and will certainly challenge you.It is one of the most marked up books I own. Do yourselves a favor and put some virtues into your life. Who doesn't need somehumility, patience, generosity and obedience in their life?
