Tyndale Espanol Divino (Divino)

Mary Madison was a child of unspeakable horrors, a young woman society wanted to forget. Now a divine power has set Mary free to bring life-changing hope and love to battered and abused women living in the shadow of the nation's capital. Mary is educated and redeemed, a powerful voice in Washington, D.C., to the politically elite and to other women like her--but her past shames polite society. At the crossroads of her life, only one power set Mary free and gave her a lifetime of love and hope. A power that could only be divine.

This is the very first book I have ever read of Karen Kingsburg and I was overwhelmed. It hit really close to home. How one person can go through so much and still know and trust in the LORD!! Not only did she trust in the LORD she also took what happens to her and uses it to help others. There is a great lesson for all of us to learn. God puts all of us through things to help someone else down the road. This book has help me to see a lot of things that has happened in my life different. I have enjoyed all of Karen Kingsburg's books. I think everyone that reads should read this book.
